One of the main objectives of Logística Humanitaria is to establishing ad-hoc agreements with ONG and agencies of cooperation so that they may make use of its stocks in a permanent way in our warehouses situated in the Colon Free Zone and in the International Airport of Tocumen.
On the same way we offer agreements with privat companies with interesting products for humanitarian assistance to create a contingency stock on the region.

The store rooms of the Colon Free Zone are for the storage of products that can be transported maritime way. Logística Humanitaria has reached an agreement with Maersk Logistics to locate in their store rooms, near the International Airport of Tocumen, products that require an air way mobilization.
When facing an emergency, these stocks allow us to be able to carry out a first response in a short period of time, transporting Humanitarian aid in a number of hours established, to the place where the disaster have been produced, thus avoiding the need to initiate a process of purchase, making of kits and packing.
This is to improve the efficiency of the response, since it permits to start distributing the basic necessary help in a minimum time, just as in the case of drinking water provision and sanitation; eating security, dwelling or health in the affected zone. Besides, with it we avoid the saturation in the production created by the increasing demand or the increasing of the products due to the existing speculation once the disaster has occurred.
Moreover, we consolidate the material of each organization, sharing among various agencies of cooperation the same store room, thus, saving resources and space.
